HNL Consulting’s transformation approach is rooted on the understanding that the interventions occur when the organization or “client” is ready to receive this specialized kind of service (e.g., the nonprofit is not in the midst of a major crisis that would make it unable to benefit from the intervention at that time).
Contextualized: Our technical support is always considered in the larger context of other strengthening services a client is receiving, other activities of the funders, and other elements of the current community environment. This also implies that we work with the organization/client cognizant of the fact that they must deliver results on programmes so, we do not let them lose focus on programme delivery

Knowledge transfer: Cognizant of the fact that most consultants would want to deliver a service to clients without leaving them able to do it on their own the next time round, HNL provides on-the-job knowledge transfer for staff attached to the consultants during the consulting process.
